Ordering from The Design Lab is simple, and every graphics kit is personalized by our in-house design team.

1. Choose Your Bike

Select your bike's make, model, and year, then browse our collection of graphics series to find a design you like.

2. Customize Your Order

Enter your rider name, number, and any additional information such as logo requests, color changes, sponsor logos, or special instructions. Every kit is built specifically for your order.

3. Our Designers Build Your Proof

Unlike automated design tools, our professional designers personally create your graphics. This allows us to ensure proper fitment, clean layouts, and a truly custom look.

4. Review Your Proof

You'll receive a digital proof within 48 hours or less. Carefully review your name, number, colors, logos, and overall design. If you'd like any changes, simply reply with your requested revisions—we'll update your proof and send it back for approval.

5. Approve Your Design

Once you're completely satisfied, approve your proof. After approval, your graphics move directly into production and are printed the same day whenever possible.

6. We Print & Ship

Your graphics are printed using our premium 21 mil USA-made vinyl with air-release technology for exceptional durability and easier installation. Once production is complete, your order is carefully packaged and shipped directly to your door.

Our turnaround time depends on how quickly the proof is approved. We send all proofs within 48 hours or less, and once your proof is approved, your graphics are printed the same day. Installing your graphics correctly is the key to getting a factory-quality finish. Before you begin, thoroughly clean your plastics using isopropyl alcohol to remove any dirt, grease, or residue.

Our premium 21 mil USA-made vinyl is designed to be installed with a heat gun. Applying heat helps activate the adhesive, allowing the material to conform to curves and edges while creating a strong, long-lasting bond. A standard hair dryer typically does not produce enough heat for proper installation.

We also recommend working slowly, applying heat as needed, and firmly pressing the graphics into place as you go.

Yes, If you purchase a set of plastics together with your graphics, we offer free professional installation before your order ships. Your graphics will arrive pre-installed on your new plastics, making installation hassle-free and ready to bolt onto your bike.

Absolutely! We know crashes happen, which is why we created our Reprint Center. If you've previously ordered from The Design Lab, you can easily reorder individual decals or complete replacement kits without purchasing an entirely new graphics set.

Simply visit our Reprint Center, enter the email address you used to place your original order, and select the exact pieces you need. Whether it's a shroud, number plate, swingarm, fork guards, or multiple pieces, we've made it quick and easy to get back on the track.

Since your original design is already on file, we'll reprint your graphics using the same artwork from your previous order. Please note that reprints are intended for existing orders only and cannot be used to make design changes or create a new graphics kit. If you'd like to update your design, our team will be happy to help you create a new custom order.
